When shipping services are used, RC Reloaded may share:

• Recipient name
• Shipping address
• Package details

This information is shared with third-party shipping providers such as Shippo solely for the purpose of generating shipping labels and facilitating delivery.

RC Reloaded does not control and is not responsible for the data handling practices of these providers.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.

Account Deletion:

• Account deletion requests are processed manually within 48 hours of submission.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
• Transaction records, financial data, dispute history, and related records are retained for a minimum of 7 years after account deletion for legal, tax, and compliance purposes, even if your account is removed.
• Shipping records shared with third-party carriers (e.g., Shippo) are subject to those providers' own retention policies.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements.

Please note that certain data (such as transaction and financial records) cannot be deleted due to legal and regulatory obligations, regardless of account status.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
